Having an idea of what your prospects are searching for in the business opportunity will help you make sure that neither they, nor you, are wasting valuable seconds.
Finally, ask your new recruit what they think should be a great match. Are they ready to get with your team? And, if they're ready to join, can they order your kit and start now?
Asking the correct questions that lead up to that final question should help ensure that most of your new recruits are truly great individuals for your business. This should make your recruits happier and more productive members of the team.
